By downloading, installing, or using Dubl Block ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Dubl Block is a free-to-play puzzle game available on iOS through the Apple App Store. The App may offer optional in-app purchases that enhance the gameplay experience. Core gameplay is available at no cost.

All purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are set in App Store Connect and may vary by region and currency.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Virtual Currency: The App may include a virtual currency ("coins"). Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the App. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual currency at our discretion.

All content in the App, including but not limited to game design, graphics, artwork, animations, audio, code, text, and the Dubl Block name and logo, is the property of Sergej Birklin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sergej Birklin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
In any event, the total aggregate liability of Sergej Birklin for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us for the App. As the App is free to download, this effectively limits liability to the amount paid for in-app purchases, if any.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you also enjoy the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely achieves the intent of the original provision.
